- Implemented QoS Network and Network Migration (2012)
- Set up and configured Quality of Service (QoS) on Cisco switches for multiple VLANs (Data and Voice) at the London and Birmingham offices.
- Included core switches and access switches, implement HA connection.
- Replaced Cisco ASA and PIX firewalls by Dell NSA Firewalls.
- Reconfigured VPN connections to remote sites.
- Supported server migration and virtualization during the network system migration from Powergate to a new data center.

2. System and Network Setup for APAC Offices (Sydney, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore) from 2013 to 2018
- Set up system and network infrastructure remotely for APAC offices, including VPN connections.
- Collaborated with local vendors to plan and patch network cables for local offices.
- Implemented LAN, WAN, Meraki wireless, and VPN connectivity to the head office and data center.
- Deployed Active Directory (AD) Server, DHCP, and virtualization with Hyper-V in local offices.
- Configured printers and phone systems for seamless operation.

5.Managed IT System Migration from BASF to the new Owner (Master Builder Solution) – 2019
- Led the IT system migration during the separation from BASF to MBS.
- Collaborated with service vendors and the Corp Project team to establish new IT systems at the new offices.
- Tasks included decommissioning old IT systems follow the corporate standard, setting up new servers, installing rack cabinets, and performing network rewiring/patching.
- Implemented a high-availability (HA) network, Wi-Fi system, conference system, migrate system to azure cloud, rebuild end user devices and CCTV at the factories.
- Successfully migrated applications out of the BASF infrastructure into the new MBS environment.
6. Rebuilt the Server and Network System – 2020
- Implemented HA infrastructure with VMware ESX 7.0 and NAS Storage.
- Redesigned the network using Fortigate, HP/Aruba switches, and upgraded the Meraki Wi-Fi system.
- Built and configured the Xibo signate system running on the Docker compose.
- Rewired network cabling and rebuilt core services (AD, DHCP, DNS) with datacenter replication.
- Managed nightly patching via Ansible AWX in collaboration with global teams.
